It may not be the most appealing fairytale you ever read but it has created a lasting impression and a foundation of my professional life as a nurse. As with all events, it began on a day that was rather beautiful outwardly or to the eyes because I was fighting with a gloomy and disappointing thought of what to do with my life after not securing an admission to study Medicine in a reputable institution in Nigeria. I was so preoccupied with my thoughts that I didn’t hear what my mom had suggested to me.
