I don't know how I started listening to Ted x talks but since I started I've not stopped. I particularly enjoy listening to women because there stories are not just motivating but also inspiring. As a teenage girl, I wanted to add just a little weight and be fat. Yes, I prayed for it, ate all that was offered to be thankfully without saying no. One would think I enjoyed the meal BUT the real intention was for me to add just a little fat. 😂😂 Fast forward to some years later, after being married and welcomed my bundle of joy, here I was looking for the fastest way to recover and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight! Someone once said " forget the past because it's past " this is totally correct but if you ask me, I'd say reflect on the past, get the lessons from it and don't forget to discard the trash.  Talking about reflection, on the 31st of December 2018, I sat down and thought throughly how the year went. This time with no rush. I allowed the time to swing by while I journalled my thoughts. At the end of my reflection, I was not just happy but also grateful to God for a remarkable year spent gracefully! One of the things that made 2018 an amazing and great year was the decision to make and vision board and go after my dreams.
